Although "easy to find" and "conveniently located across from a major shopping center", this "older hotel" whose "age is apparent" earns plenty of criticism for its "tired and dark" rooms, "worn and thin bedspreads" and generally "outdated" and "shabby" appearance (all of which the post-Survey renovation should have addressed); some find the neighborhood "unsafe and unsightly", but the saving grace are the "exceptionally professional" and "eager"-to-please employees.

The hotel was very close to our destination.

Our stay was great. The hairdryer did not work the first morning. I reported it to the front desk and the dryer was replaced that same day.

Clean, comfortable, and updated bathrooms.

We were placed right by the elevator so the noise in the hallway & from the elevator was horrible.

Clean, comfortable, good for a short stay. Plenty of parking available.

Very friendly front desk staff.

Room party next door. However, front desk staff quickly moved us to a quieter room.

We changed rooms due to a room party next door. It was weird that we had different complimentary toiletries in the two equally priced rooms - the first didn't have shampoo but the second did, the first had 2 bars of hand soap, the second had a face soap and a hand soap.
